Origin and History
The ship was built by I. V. James (И.В. Ямес) at the Solombalskaya dockyard in Archangelsk. The keel was laid down on June 5 1760 (May 25 O.S.) old style, abbreviated O.S. in this article). She was launched on May 28 1761 (May 17 O.S.). She was attached to the Fleet of the Baltic Sea.
During the Seven Years' War, the ship was under the command of:
- from 1761 to June 1762: Captain I. T. Golenishev-Kutuzov (И.Т. Голенищев-Кутузов)
- from June 1762: Captain F. S. Plesheev (Ф.С. Плещеев)
The ship was broken up in 1774 in Kronshtadt.
Service during the War
On July 13 1761 (July 2 O.S.), the ship sailed from Archangelsk starting her inaugural journey to the Baltic. On October 31 (October 20 O.S.), having been damaged in a storm, she anchored at Bergen where she spent the next winter.
In the Spring of 1762, the ship sailed to Revel. In June, she was sent to Kronshtadt. From July to September, she was part of a squadron who transported sick soldiers and ammunition from Pillau to Kronshtadt.
Characteristics

The design of most Russian ships of the line of this period still adhered tightly to the Shipbuilding Regulations issued by Peter the Great in 1723.
